When Erika found out that I was going to be in Paris this July she contacted me asking if I would be able to photograph her and her husband Steve while I was in town. Just over a decade ago Steve proposed to Erika at the Eiffel Tower so Paris has a very special place in their hearts and I was more than excited to capture some romantic portraits of them in the city of lights.
Erika is an American photographer currently located in Venice Italy so I was touched that she and Steve were happy to travel so far to have me photograph them, what an honor!
We spent a few hours walking around Paris’s landmarks taking a lot of photographs and talking about travel as well as photography, I didn’t feel like I was working at all and it was a beautiful way to spend an afternoon in Paris! Oh to work in this beautiful city all the time!
